DMG Asset Management is an investment company specializing in acquiring and flipping at a profit foreclosed homes from bank auctions held at San Francisco City Hall and elsewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area, then evicting families, sometimes elderly and disabled, from their homes.
Management of the company includes the following (click on name for reference and click on pic for larger version):

|Gilbert Chung purchases homes at San Francisco foreclosure auctions, tel. +1 916-947-8625|
|Angela Jane Woo Lee, apparently resides with husband Marcus Lee at 370 San Benito Way, San Francisco, CA 94127, tel. +1 415-420-8881|

After DMG Asset Management acquires the properties at foreclosure auctions, they often have to evict the homeowners in the homes they purchased. For example, DMG Asset Management reached an agreement to evict Mary Ann Serrano and her disabled daughter and is trying now to evict elderly and disabled homeowner Larry Faulks and his disabled brother. Attorney Jak Marquez of Marquez & Dowling, 703 Market St., Suite 1610, San Francisco, CA 94103, tel. 415-495-8500 x12, assists DMG with their evictions.
Daniel Woo has another business called Sure, Inc., at the same 16th Ave address as DMG, tel. +1 415-387-0917, which he apparently uses to fix up foreclosed homes to prepare them for sale.
Next, DMG Asset Management “flips” the homes and offers them for sale, often through the Climb Real Estate company with an office at 251 Rhode Island St. #105, San Francisco, CA, 94103, tel. +1 415-431-8888.
