ALERT: June 6 – Stop Bank of America Eviction of Vietnam Veteran Geary Brown and Family

Update from Grace Martinez at ACCE: The Geary Brown eviction has been cancelled and BofA is opening discussion for a loan modification. However, until the ink is dry on an actual modification agreement, the case isn’t necessarily closed.

Please join other home defenders at 6:00am on June 6, 2012, to stop Bank of America’s eviction of Vietnam veteran Geary Brown and family from their home at 22 Vista Court Street in San Francisco’s Bayview neighborhood. The Mayor’s Office of Housing is reaching out to Bank of America to try to get a loan modification that permits him to stay in his home. (Check back here for updates prior to and/or after the action.)
