Aurora loan services sold my mortgage to Nationstar. We have tried 3 times to get a modification and all three have been denied. We pray every single day over this.
We have never received a letter stating that the modification was denied and a reason.
We have only been able to find out by getting someone on the phone who just told us it was denied. We have never gotten a reason. Every customer rep or "foreclosure prevention specialist has give us a different reason but mostly is " all I know it's been denied"
We don't have the money to hire a lawyer to handle this. We live in Florida and every so called help organization wants several thousand dollars to help.
The only thing Nationstar wants in order to keep our home is an entire lump sum of arrears.
We are not even given the option to make a monthly payment, a payment will not be accepted unless we pay the total I full. This has been about 19 months of stress, sleepless nights and tears. We don't have the luxury of walking away. If we walk away it will be to live in our car or split up the family to live in a shelter. This stress is burning a hole through my stomach.

As a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, I am appaled that the bank would take the proposed actions over the holiday season. As one of the most profitable banks in the nation, you should lead the way and make accomodations for these folks to saty in their homes on an ongoing basis. Take some leadership in this area in stead of being the one who forces the most foreclosures!

Since the banks caused us to lose our jobs, why can't the banks be forced to a principal reduction that is as low as the auctions price? Why should the banks be allowed to sell to a stranger cheaper than a homeowner that has already invested money?

I know Larry personally, and have witnessed the impropriety of Wells Fargo Bank, step by step, as they lied and cheated him out of his home. And then through the machinations of dealing with DMG Asset Management, hearings in court, costly extensions of his eviction--that amount to exorbitant "rents" for remaining in the house--all to take away what is rightfully his---his home.

Wells Fargo should end this tragedy by buying back the house from DMG. But, further, Wells Fargo Bank should be required to remit all the expenses Larry has been required to pay to defend his position, to say nothing of an equitable sum to adjust for their mismanagement of his case, and the hoops they have made him jump through for over two years.

Is there no justice in America anymore?

What about the thousands of other people across the USA whom the banks are treating similarly? Where is their justice?
