On May 2, 2012, the auction protestors apparently succeeded in stopping all the sales of homes the banks had scheduled for auctions. The auctioneers stuck to only postponements and cancellations and sold one commercial property (1101 Junipero Serra Blvd., probably a gas station?) on the sidewalk in front of City Hall steps. That means we probably kept around 12 families in their homes for a bit longer. Congratulations and thanks to everyone who helped out!
