Foreclosure Auction Investors

Foreclosure Auction Investors are people who attend foreclosure auctions to purchases the homes of our neighbors, many of whom have the intention of evicting our neighbors from their homes. They may be investing themselves, on behalf of another individual, or on behalf of a corporation or consortium of investors.

We are asking all foreclosure auction investors to sign a pledge to stop bidding at residential foreclosure auctions or purchasing residential foreclosures until passage of a comprehensive Homeowner Bill of Rights.
