Occupy the Auctions on December 14 in San Francisco

On December 14, 2012, auctioneers sold two family’s homes at a foreclosure auction in San Francisco: an unidentified auctioneer apparently sold 1945 Washington Street #507 back to an unknown lender and an unidentified auctioneer apparently sold 32 Gaven Street back to an unknown lender.

We had a bit of a scare about Allen Stowers’ home at 669 Peralta going up for auction after Wells Fargo assured him that they had cancelled the foreclosure auction, but eventually the auctioneer notified us that the auction was cancelled.

Auctioneer Nick probably of FEI Services read postponements and cancellations. Auctioneer Steve Neil of Cal Agent Services read postponements and cancellations.

Sheriff’s deputy talks with Foreclosure and Eviction Fighter Allen Stowers and auction investor Rich about remaining civil at the auction.
