Occupy the Auctions on October 24 in San Francisco

On October 24, 2012, auctioneers sold four family’s homes at a foreclosure auction in San Francisco: auctioneer Randy of Cal Agent Services sold 366-368-368A Richland Avenue to investor Joel Wardlaw (the lender was Central Mortgage Company), 142 Acadia Street to lender Wells Fargo, 140 South Van Ness Avenue #1102 to lender US Bank, then Terry Redmon of Lender Processing Services / Agency Sales and Posting (LPS/ASAP) sold 2 Wall Place (unit B?) to the investor known as “Memo” (the lender was Bank of America), despite yelling and loud music in protest.

Investor known as “Memo” qualified to bid at auction, then auctioneer Randy of Cal Agent Services cries his postponements and cancellations.

Auctioneer Randy of Cal Agent Services sold 366-368-368A Richland Avenue to investor Joel Wardlaw (the lender was Central Mortgage Company).

Auctioneer Randy of Cal Agent Services sold 142 Acadia Street to lender Wells Fargo.

Auctioneer Randy of Cal Agent Services sold 140 South Van Ness Avenue #1102 to lender US Bank.
